As someone who was tired of feeling like I was investing in things I didn’t really need for all the wrong reasons, I began to shop with intention and paying more attention to what I gave not just my money but also my time and energy to. When we really stop to think about much of our time and energy we truly put into earning our money, I truly believe we will start becoming more conscious as to how we spend that money and what we are supporting with what’s behind our exchange.
